This is a terrific recipe for company. They will all ask for the recipe and perfect for family. You can substitute ham, chicken, tuna or l/2 cup cheese for salmon.
2 eggs 2 C. chicken broth 2 slices bread, cubed l/4 C. canned salmon, skin and bones removed 2 small onions, grated Salt and pepper to taste Chopped parsley
Beat eggs, then add broth, bread cubes, diced salmon, onion, parsley and seasonings. Bake in 350 degree oven until firm in center, about 20 to 30 minutes.
