Ingredients

4 Perdue Perfect Portion Chicken Breasts (Italian)
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen white corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 C. cream cheese
2 mushrooms, chopped
1 C. shredded cheddar & mozzarella cheese
1 C. bread crumbs
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder - to taste

Directions

Simmer chicken in small amount of water until done. Add sliced mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes more. Add soup and cream cheese and stir until blended - simmer 5 minutes. Boil broccoli and corn 10 minutes until heated through. Drain and add veggies to chicken mixture. Add seasonings, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cheese and bread crumbs together and spread on top of chicken mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is well melted and browns slightly. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
