Green Fettuccine: The sauce on this pasta is so delicious!

Minty Artichokes: With a taste of mint, this side dish  is exploding with flavor.

Green Beans with Basil Vinaigrette: This healthy side dish is amazing and should be served as a side for any main dish. The mixtures of fresh green beans with olive oil, fresh basil, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar and almonds are delicious.

Green Sauce: With everything green, this dip is a mix of guacamole and green salsa.

Italian-Style Stuffed Green Peppers: Homemade stuffing of beef, garlic and lots of spices make these peppers stuffed to perfection.

Green Enchiladas: These enchiladas are very filling. I serve them with only a green salad. This is my husband's favorite, he requests them for any special occasion. I always make a double recipe of the green sauce to have extra to freeze. I later heat it and serve it on top of my scalloped potatoes.

Furr’s Light Green Jello Salad: The addition of cottage cheese  and pecans makes for a fine jello salad.

Green Salad with Avocado, Apples, and Baked Tofu: This salad is substantial enough to be a main course and it's perfect for vegetarians.

Liam’s Green Bread: To get my son to eat vegetables, I took my Grandma's recipe for Yeast Rolls (which everyone loves), and added chopped spinach . Then, because his favorite color is green, I told him that it was "Green Bread". I wasn't about to call it Spinach Bread!

Green Olives Stuffed with Black Truffles
: This is a fabulous tapas appetizer for an elegant cocktail party.

Green Noodles: This noodle dish is the perfect recipe to use to get your kids to eat their veggies!

Asparagus with Hazelnuts: Fresh steamed asparagus  are drizzled with a rich nut-oil mixture.
