27 Tasty Lasagna Recipes

A hearty lasagna is the perfect dish to make for your family. The combination of meats, cheeses, noodles, and sauces is guaranteed to please all palates. Because there are so many different ways to make lasagna, we put together a collection of all sorts of variations, from seafood lasagna to slow-cooked lasagna. Yum!

No-Boil Lasagna: This lasagna recipe is extremely simple and can be made with or without the meat.

Creole Lasagna: Smoked sausage and sweet green pepper are a great addition to lasagna.

Salsa Lasagna: This is a delicious variation on traditional lasagna for vegetarians.

Classic Lasagna with Meat Sauce: This recipe calls for no-boil noodles for this popular dish- they’re a real time saver. Layer them straight from the package with lots of sauce; as the lasagna bakes and absorbs the liquid, the pasta will soften and expand. If your package contains 15 noodles, use an extra noodle in the first 3 layers when assembling lasagna.

Taco Lasagna: This is a great twist to your lasagna. This has become a favorite around the house.

Green Lasagna with Artichokes and Leeks: This vegetarian lasagna recipe is a bit more complicated but the result is well worth the extra effort.

Chicken Lasagna: Go for chicken tonight when making some homemade lasagna.

Seafood Lasagna: This unique lasagna dish is a great way to jazz up dinner. Shrimp and seafood mix with low-fat ingredients for a dish that kids love.

Classic Lasagna: This hearty, far from vegetarian lasagna, is full of layered goodness.

Spinach Lasagna: This spinach lasagna is very healthy and easy to make. It tastes excellent too! Serve with a strawberry panzanella (a strawberry and roma tomato salad with blue cheese). You can also make this lasagna ahead of time and refrigerate until baking.

Luscious Lasagna: I came up with this recipe because my family doesn't like ricotta. These are the cheeses they like. I sometimes use Muenster and Asiago, and I have been known to throw in some cheddar. I just use what I have in the fridge.

Broccoli Lasagna: Serve up a healthy and delicious dose of broccoli lasagna.

Crockpot Lasagna: This is a great dish to bring into the office or to a potluck gathering.

Spaghetti Lasagna: This spaghetti lasagna is a great way to sneak in bunch of vegetables into a kid-friendly dish.

Artichoke Lasagna: A different twist on an old Italian favorite.

Black Bean Lasagna: This creative version of lasagna is rolled up in individual noodles and topped with cilantro.

Spiced Lamb Lasagna: This recipe is an ideal lunch or suppertime snack, served hot with a fresh salad.

The Lady and Sons Lasagna: This recipe is straight from the queen of southern cooking: Paula Deen.

Three Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups: This is perfect for a quiet dinner alone with your sweetheart or with your whole family. It's the right size for kids- they would love it!

The Real Deal Lasagna: Lasagna to me means lots of gooey cheeses and delicious sauce. Served with garlic bread- it's like heaven on a plate.

Russ’s Spinach Lasagna: Everyone loves a good lasagna recipe. This easy recipe is sure to please.

Olive Garden Style Lasagna: A bountiful vegetable mixture, rich ricotta cheese, and a homemade cream sauce make this vegetarian lasagna well worth the extra effort.

Terrific Low-Fat Lasagna: If you love the Italian classic but not all the fat, try your hand at this one.

Garden Vegetable Lasagna: Mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, celery, peppers and more go into this veggie-packed lasagna.

Bacon and Mushroom Lasagna: This recipe is an exciting variation on the traditional dish.
