I usually eat veggies raw, but some just taste better fried. I'm looking at you cauliflower. From pickles to zucchini, here are eight veggies to try fried.

Crispy Fried Pickles: It's hard to resist the tantalizing crunch of a fried pickle.

Fried Mushrooms: Not many people fry mushrooms, but I recommend that you try it at least once.

Fried Zucchini: Mix zucchini with garlic powder, cheddar cheese and then fry. This is great as an appetizer.

Fried Cauliflower or Broccoli: These veggies are crunchy on the outside and smooth on the inside.
