Choose An Ingredient Potluck Party: Tomatoes
Assign each of your friends or family members a category to make a dish that incorporates tomatoes! You can even send them this list of tasty tomato dishes in case they're short on ideas. And of course, you can feel free to choose your own ingredient and browse through the recipes on the site to come up with your own list of suggestions! Either way, it will be fun to see how the final menu plays out. Think of it as an Iron Chef challenge...only the ingredient isn't so secret :)

Presentation Pointers: 1. Have serving platters washed and ready for each of your guests' dishes. You want to make their dish feel like part of the party!
2. Make sure everyone is on the same page ahead of time. Remember to assign different categories to each guest so that there aren't too many desserts, appetizers, or what have you.
3. Provide take home containers for your guests to take home leftovers, or have them use the containers they brought. Letting them bring some of the food home will reward them for bringing something.
