  • I found a recipe for a cookie titles "Paul Bunyon Cookies". These were a refrigerator dough, divided into three equal parts. One part was flavored with spices, for a spice cookie dough, one part was left as is, but colored pink, the third part was flavored chocolate. These three doughs were then layered in a 1/2 gallon milk carton (the waxed cardboard kind). Then refrigerated for several hours, sliced about 1/4 inch thick and baked. I don't recall proportations, baking time or temperature, etc. This was a recipe I discovered probably 40 years ago (thereabout). My family loved these cookies and I am sick to have lost the recipe! Can anybody help me?
