Crescent Rolls Appetizer Recipes
This a hearty Italian appetizer with pepperoni, provolone, red peppers, parmesan, and more.
2 pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 lb. ham slices
1/4 lb. pepperoni slices
1/4 lb. salami slices
1/4 lb. provolone cheese -- sliced
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese slices
1 sm. jar roasted red peppers -- optional
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. water
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray rectangle baking dish with nonstick spray and unroll 1 can of crescent rolls and lay on bottom of pan. Layer meat and cheeses, ending with all of the roasted peppers on top. Beat eggs and water in small bowl, add parmesan cheese and pour over layers. Unroll second can of crescent rolls and lay over layers. Brush top layer with bit of egg mixture still remaining in bowl. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool and cut into small squares. Serve warm.

Crescent Rolls Main Course Recipes
This is a great recipe to make for the kids or even as an appetizer for a friend or family gathering.
1/2 C. onion; chopped
2 cloves garlic; minced
3 Tbs. oil
2 1/2 C. chicken; cooked, shredded 16 oz. Crescent dinner rolls
1/2 C. salsa
2 C. cheddar cheese; shredded
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large cookie sheet. In large skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender. Add chicken; cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Separate dough into 8 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Spread 2 tsp. of the salsa on each rectangle to within 1/2 inch of edge. Stir 1 C. of the cheese into chicken mixture. Spoon heaping 1/3 C. of chicken mixture onto half of each rectangle. Starting at shortest side or rectangle topped with chicken, roll up; firmly pinch ends to seal. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 16 to 21 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; top each with about 2 Tbs. of remaining cheese. Return to oven. Bake an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and additional salsa.

Crescent Rolls Dessert Recipes
These quick and easy bars make baking seem like a breeze.
1 8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
1 C. granulated sugar
1 C. flaked coconut
2 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Place in ungreased 13x9-inch pan; press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides to form crust. Firmly press perforation to seal. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine all filling ingredients; mix well. Pour over partially baked crust. Return to oven and bake for an additional 12-17 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool completely; cut into bars.
Yield: 36 bars
