Kielbasa and Onions - I have made this recipe for about 15 years. This started as a quick way to make a meal for the then 3 children in the house and has evolved. The latest is, I believe the best.
Rosemary Pork Tenderloin - Pair tender pork slices with boiled red potatoes and a fragrant white wine sauce, flavored with rosemary and cranberry chutney.
Hearty Sloppy Joes - This was always one of my favorite meals at school when I was growing up. I like my Sloppy Joes very hearty. My family loves it when I make this!

One Pan Pork Chop Dinner - A great meal for those nights you don't really feel like cooking but still want a home cooked meal.
Lemon Fusilli with Arugula - This easy pasta dish has a light cream sauce with lots of lemon juice, so it isn't too heavy. Great, easy vegetarian dinner!
Susie’s Franks and Beans - As a full-time working mother with a very demanding job in the NYC Mayor's Office for eighteen years, I would plan wholesome but easy dinner menus for my family. One of their favorites was my Quickie-Zippy Franks and Beans, which I served with coleslaw, a sliced tomato salad and applesauce for dessert. A few years ago I made my partner, Bob, a 1950's- themed 65th birthday party at which I served fondly remembered high-school cafeteria food - fish sticks, tater tots, mac and cheese and ambrosia. But by far, the most popular dish was the Quickie-Zippy Franks and Beans.
Easy Crockpot Lasagna - Easy recipe for a beautiful layered lasagna that requires little prep work and is GREAT!
Pasta with Ricotta - This is a comfort food from when we were kids. My mom would make this as a quick snack after school or for dinner.
