Company Profile

Product: Cooper Cooler

One of the best things about the Cooper Cooler is that it isn’t limited to one size beverage. It cools cans, bottles and wine bottles. Cans are chilled in 1 minute, bottles in 3 1/2 minutes and wine bottles in 6 minutes. When you think about all the time that would take in a refrigerator, it’s easy to see why the Cooper Cooler is worth it. Also, you don’t have to worry about your carbonated beverages exploding after they’ve been in the Cooper Cooler. That just won’t happen.

The Cooper Cooler we tested was the Tailgater model. Basically, this product is meant to be taken on the go. Whether you’re going to a football game, picnic or plan to go camping, the Cooper Cooler is a perfect fit. It plugs right into your car’s cigarette lighter adapter plug.

This product is a great pick for a holiday gift. Even if you don’t go tailgating, you can still use this product in your home. Let’s say you forget to put your wine in the fridge, and now your guests have started to arrive. Although we haven’t tried any of the other rapid chillers on the market, we think it’s safe to say that the Cooper Cooler does the job right. It’s very versatile, and it really looks high-tech.

That doesn’t mean that it’s difficult to use, though. All you need is two trays of ice and two cups of water. Then, just plug the Cooper Cooler in. When the chilling process is over, the Cooper Cooler stops automatically. That way, you don’t have to worry about when you think the beverage is done. Then all you need to do is unplug it, dump the water and ice and dry it off.

There is an instructional video on the company’s site that tells you exactly how to use the Cooper Cooler. http://www.coopercooler.com/demo.html

The Cooper Cooler is being sold for $89.99, and it can be found in tons of places, most notably Crate & Barrel, Amazon.com and WineEnthusiast.com.
