Whether you call it fall or autumn, these cooler months are the time to make use of seasonal staples like apples, pears, squash and most importantly: your crock pot! This collection of savory filling fall recipes will help you utilize your slow cooker to its maximum potential.

Easy Apple Kielbasa Crockpot Dish - This is a great one pot dish that can be made for a crowd or family the night before. It's a great way to use apples when they're so plentiful in the fall!

Easy Crockpot Potato Soup - Easy to prepare.

Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwiches - Great for those cold rainy Northwest days when you need something hearty or for those days when you have a large group to feed. We used ours over hamburger buns. Tortillas would be just as good or even a heftier roll.

Five Ingredient Creamy Chicken and Rice - Slow cooked creamy and scrumplicious chicken served over rice!

Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup - This soup is wonderful in the fall and winter! It tastes so good that you would never know that it is fat free. For a heartier soup, add some browned hamburger or ground turkey.

Beef Stew - A tasty and easy way to make beef stew. It can be made in the crockpot or oven. Very good. You can use all prepackaged and prepared food or all fresh foods for this one. It depends how much time you have that day.

Crock Pot Chicken Chili - This recipe is so easy! You won't believe how little effort goes into it. My kids love it too. Just throw it in the crock pot in the morning, and come home to a wonderful family dinner with just a few other ingredients.

Pork and Squash Stew - This flavorful crockpot recipe is a great way to ring in the new fall season.

Squash and Apple Bisque - This sweet crockpot soup is delicious on its own, but you can also dress it up however you like.

Pumpkin Pie Pudding - Try this holiday favorite by making it in your crockpot.

Dump Soup - This super easy soup is a great tummy warmer on a cold day. My husband doesn't really care for soup but requests this one a couple times a month during fall and winter.
