Hawaiian Chicken Recipes
Add the sweet taste of pineapple and mandarin oranges to your chicken.
2 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- (2 to 3 lbs)
1 can (16-oz) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 C. cornstarch
1/4 C. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground (or finely chopped) ginger
Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours.
