Host a Book Club Party!
Depending on what book you’re reading, you can use it as a launching pad to determine the menu. For example, serve some southern specialties if you’re reading “Gone with the Wind.” But for a general book club meeting, stick to appetizers and light meals.

Presentation Pointers:
- Before you begin discussing the book, have a couple plates of appetizers stationed around the room. Let your guests mingle before the book talks starts.
- If you’re the host, you’ll most likely have to lead the book discussion. Have a few questions prepared, and a few answers, just in case your guests are shy.
- Keep things casual at your party. Everyone should be dressed in normal clothes. It’ll make your guests feel more comfortable, and might help stimulate the conversation.
