How to Make a Perfect Pizza Crust

Measure your ingredients by weight.
Let your dough develop its flavor by sitting in the fridge for up to three days. Let it sit out for at least thiry minutes before shaping it.
Use a pizza stone. Place your stone in the oven while it is preheating. Once you're ready to cook your pizza, the stone will be nice and hot, giving your crust that crisp bottom and chewy top.
If you are trying to stretch your dough and it keeps shrinking back, let it rest. Giving your dough a rest period lets the gluten relax, which will make shaping your dough a lot easier.
Using a fork, poke holes in your crust to prevent air bubbles from forming.
Cook your pizza in a hot oven, like 500-550 degrees hot.
To avoid a soggy crust, bake it for about 8 minutes then add the toppings.
