How to Make Chocolate Fondue for Valentine’s Day

Here are the ingredients that you’ll need:
• 2/3 C. light corn syrup
• 1/2 C. whipping cream
• 1 8-oz. package semi-sweet chocolate or 2 4-oz. packages German sweet chocolate
1. Microwave corn syrup and cream in large microwave bowl on high for 1 ½ minutes or until mixture comes to boil.
2. Stir in chocolate until completely melted.
3. Serve warm, in a fondue pot or otherwise.
Tips: Make sure you have a good assortment of things to dip in the fondue. Try strawberries, sliced bananas, marshmallows, and small pieces of pound cake.
