How to Make Yogurt Popsicles
You can literally put anything you like into these homemade popsicles. We've also tried using Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt. Pick your favorite yogurt, fruit and don't forget the popsicle mold!
The Simple Way:
Mash together yogurt, fruit and thin the mixture with fruit juice (such as apple or orange juice). Pour into molds and freeze.
Add 2 C. fruit and 2 Tbs. sugar to a blender and pulse until pureed. Strain, pour into molds and place in freezer. Blend 1 Tbs. lemon juice, 1/4 C. superfine sugar and yogurt and puree. Add this mixture on top of the fruit mixture and freeze.
A Little Cooking Invovled:
Over medium heat, make a simple syrup by stirring together 2/3 C, water and 2/3 C. sugar. In a food processor, add 4 C. of fruit and puree until smooth. Add 1 C. yogurt and 2 Tbs. fruit juice to the raspberry puree and whisk to combine. Pour into molds and freeze.
