They also guard your brain against oxidative stress, which hinders the brains performance activities.
When it comes to choosing blueberries, look for ones that are firm, have a bright, uniform hue and a silvery bloom (the white color on the blueberry). If you shake the container make sure the fruits are able to move freely, if they don’t it may be a sign they are soft, damaged or moldy. Blueberries should be free from moisture and not dull in color.
