Make the Most of Your Leftovers

Getting sick and tired of eating the same meal for days on end? Hate seeing your leftovers end up in the garbage can? Here are some recipes that will prevent the waste, stop the boredom, and help you make the most of your leftovers.

Leftover Taco Casserole- Next time you're making taco meat, double the recipe and use the leftovers to make this delicious and satisfying casserole.

Leftover Roast Beef Casserole- This is a fantastic recipe for using up leftovers and it requires almost zero prep.

Turkey Fried Rice- The brown rice in this dish makes for a nutritious meal.  It's also a great way to use up leftover cooked turkey.

Doggy Bag Soup- This is a full-bodied, rich, creamy soup that is a meal in itself. This recipe is a perfect way to use your leftover steak.
