Microplane Grater/Zester
Microplane Grater/Zester- Max, another editor here at Recipe4Living, and I were preparing Shrimp in Champagne Sauce with Pasta Menu several weeks ago when I was introduced this tool. The last step of the dish called for Parmesan cheese and this metal bar with handle was definitely up for the job. This tool is less bulky and certainly sexier than the traditional cheese grater. I need to find something to zest.
