Plan A Healthy 4th of July Barbecue
You can still do it big this Fourth of July without packing on the pounds. Barbecues don't have to be your weak point, especially with all of the healthy fish out there! Have fun, try something new and stay healthy!

- Since not everyone enjoys the same sauce, purchase a few different varieties of barbecue sauce or make your own. Honey barbecue is always hit, and some people even like steak sauce!
- If you’re having this party outside, make sure that you plan for pesky insects. Cover the food at all times. You can either do this with napkins or more advanced cake stand covers.
- Plan to go see fireworks with the entire group. Make sure that everyone is well-fed before you make the trek. Everyone should be enjoying the night so make sure to allot enough time for the meal.
