Caffe Latte Pie

Ingredients
- pie shell
- 1/2 C. water
- 32 lg. marshmallows
- 1 Tbs. instant coffee
- 1/4 C. coffee liqueur
- 3 Tbs. Irish whiskey
- 1 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream
- grated semisweet baking chocolate, if desired
Directions
Prepare pie crust.
In 3-quart saucepan, heat water and marshmallows over low heat, stirring constantly, just until marshmallows are melted. Refrigerate about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. If mixture becomes too thick, place saucepan bowl of warm water and stir mixture until proper consistency.
Gradually stir in coffee liqueur and Irish whiskey.
In chilled medium bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Spread in crust. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until set. Store covered in refrigerator.
