Ingredients

  • 3 C. washed and hulled cut-up strawberries
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. lemon zest

Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor. Blend in the remaining ingredients, pour into a bowl or deep dish, cover, and freeze for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

Serves 4.
