Peach Butter

This is a recipe that I made up, because I had some ripe peaches and needed to use them. It only makes a small amount. It is easy to make and taste great. My husband loves it! You can eat it on toast or ice cream.

  • 5 C. peeled ripe peaches, chopped
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 1/8 C. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 shakes ground cloves or a big pinch

Place in roasting pan. Cover and cook. Stirring once or twice, during cooking.Sugar Free Substitution: You can use sweetener instead of sugar to make sugar free.
