Recipes That Taste Like the Holidays

The holidays are a wonderful time to spend with friends and family. But it's even more fun with delicious food. So why don't you try some of these recipes that we really think capture the flavors of the holidays?

Peppermint Hot Chocolate- This recipe makes everything from scratch, and isn’t that one of the most fun parts of the season? This might just be our favorite hot chocolate recipe for the holidays ever. Try it out, everyone will love it!

Sweet Potato Balls- Just the thought of sweet potato reminds us of the holidays. This is a fantastic way to up-do your regular sweet potato casserole. Make these little sweet potato balls and add the sweet taste of marshmallows on top. It is absolutely delicious!

Cherry & Port Glazed Ham- This recipe from Campbell’s® is our go-to ham recipe for the holidays. When you're feeding a crowd, this is your go-to recipe...a pre-cooked spiral ham with a make-ahead sweet and savory glaze. Delish!

Coffee-Bean Turkey with Sweet Onion Gravy by Tom Douglas- Seattle is famous for its coffee. And that inspired me to stuff the turkey cavity with whole roasted coffee beans. Turns out they add a nice toasty-smoky aroma that seasons the bird from within. You can leave them in even after the turkey’s done. If a few slip out at the table while carving, it’s a good conversation starter

Mom’s Fruitcake- This is an unusual fruit cake in that the basis of it is a white cake and it doesn't contain the standard fruits and nuts normally found in fruit cake. It is a traditional item baked at Christmas time.

Southern Cornbread Stuffing- This cornbread stuffing recipe was handed down to me from my great-great-great grandmother! The cornbread can be fresh made or saved throughout the year (that is the way my mama made it).
