Simple Hamburger Casserole Recipes
Frozen macaroni and cheese, ground beef and taco seasoning mix make a surprise-filled casserole enhanced with sour cream, crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese. Each layer packs lots of zesty flavor.
2 12 oz. pkg. Stouffer's Macaroni and Cheese, defrosted, divided
8 oz. lean ground beef
2 Tbs. Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Tbs. sour cream
1/2 C. diced tomato
1/3 C. crushed potato or tortilla chips
1/2 C. 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine beef and seasoning mix in large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
Combine one package macaroni and cheese and sour cream in medium bowl; spread over bottom of 8-inch-square baking dish. Top with beef mixture. Spread remaining package macaroni and cheese over beef mixture; top with tomato, potato chips and cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly around edges.

Simple Grilled Hamburger Recipes
Easy way to add flavor to your hamburgers!
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbs. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 C. real bacon bits
4 hamburger buns
Preheat grill for high heat. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cheddar cheese, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bacon bits using your hands. Shape the mixture into 4 hamburger patties. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place hamburger patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Serve on buns.

Simple Hamburger Crockpot Recipes
This easy crockpot stuffed bell peppers recipe is great smelling, simple and made for even the fussiest of eaters!
6 green peppers washed, topped and seeded
1 Tbs. shortening (i.e. Crisco)
1 1/2 - 2 lb. ground beef
1 C. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
dash of basil
1/2 C. ketchup
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce w/ or w/o seasoning
Heat shortening in skillet and brown beef. Combine meat and next 6 ingredients. Stuff bell peppers. Arrange bell peppers in large crock pot. Can be stacked. Pour tomato sauce over peppers. Cooker on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
