Gelato: Gelato is a type of Italian ice cream. It contains slightly less fat and sugar than typical ice cream.
Giardiniera: Giardiniera is a mixture of pickled vegetables preserved in vinegar. It is often eaten as an antipasto.
Pancetta: Pancetta is a type of meat taken from the belly of a pig. It is cured and spiced, and it is similar to bacon.
