Tongue-Slapping Summer Sorbets

Tongue-Slapping Summer Sorbets

A sorbet is different from ice cream because it doesn’t have any dairy in it and air isn’t used to make it fluffy. Sorbets are the perfect summertime foods because they’re light, refreshing, and extremely flavorful. That’s why I like to call them tongue-slapping. Tongue-slapping sorbets. It’s fun to say. Say it. Fine. Anyway, to the sorbets!
