February 1st is the beginning of American Heart Month, and what better way to respect your own body and support those with heart disease than by eating healthy this month? This week's menu starts you off on the right foot with delicious food that is also good for you! We snuck in a couple of treats, but overall, you will feel great after you celebrate the month with these healthy bites, from carrots and avocado to seafood like salmon!
