Italian Easter Rice Pie
I remember my mother making this pie when I was a little girl. It has stayed in our family. I make it every year for Easter. It was on television about 20 years ago. It's easy to make and delicious.

Decadent Fish Salad
This delicious fish salad has been in my family for many years! Bacala, the original fish, is now replaced with frozen or fresh cod. Bacala was a dried cod that was much harder to use.
