Chervil

    Chervil

Chervil can be direct seeded as soon as your soil can be worked, and it's a wonderful herb that can be grown easily. Chervil has a delicate flavor with a hint of anise. It's a little like a subtle parsley. It goes well with poultry, seafood, rice, couscous, salads, sauces, eggs and soups. It is delicate, so use it at the last minute when cooking with it and snip with a scissors, rather than chop. Combine it with tarragon or chives for a nice combination.
