    • Stay away from all manufactured beverages such as alcohol, soda pop and caffeine.
    • Soda pop has one teaspoon of sugar for every ounce of pop! (Just imagine putting a bowl of sugar and a spoon in front of you instead of drinking that pop)
    • Drink water obsessively!

    When baking you can substitute vanilla yogart instead of shortening to make the food healthier.
