Meatballs
For nicely shaped, same-size meatballs, use a 1 1/2-inch spring-action scooper.
When I make meatballs, I always put in 1/2 cup riccotta cheese and about l teaspoon of ketchup to a pound of hamburg. It makes them very tasty and they are nice and soft. I bring them to different parties and everyone loves them.
