The Perfect Treat
Make the perfect doughnut without all the dough-rising, proofing, etc. Just take your favorite canned biscuit and a sterilized thimble. Here's what you do: Get your biscuits and use your thimble to make the perfect hole. Then drop them in lard or oil (320 degrees) until they are puffed and golden brown. Put in a paper bag containing powdered sugar or cinnamon and powdered sugar and shake til coated.
