Ingredients

  • 3 oz. of leftover Ramen Noodles
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 2 leftover of chorizo sausages, sliced
  • 2 cups of leftover of chicken broth
  • A splash of soy sauce
  • A splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tablespoon of five spice
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to season

Directions

In a large pot, boil the chicken broth in medium heat until the bubbles comes out. Add the ramen noodles and let it boil for 5 minutes. Using a fork, separate the ramen noodles and stir the noodles to spread.
Next, add the garlic gloves, spices, and sauces to the soup and stir well. Then, add your chopped chorizo sauces and season the soup with salt and pepper. Lower the heat and let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
Serve this cozy soup on bowl and enjoy!
