15-Minute Chicken And Rice Dinner
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Tbs oil
- 4 Small boneless skineless chicken breast halves
- 1 Can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 Cup water
- 2 Cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
Heat oil then add chicken; cover.
Cook until lightly browned.
Replace chicken with soup and water. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice.
Place chicken on top and cover.
Cook until chicken is cooked all the way through.
Let sit until excess liquid is absorbed.
