  • 2 C. VitaSpelt rotini
  • 2 Tbs. basil pesto
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. feta cheese, crumbled
  • pitted black olives, halved

Cook rotini according to package directions.  Drain and transfer to a bowl.  While pasta is still warm, combine with pesto until evenly coated.  Sprinkle with feta cheese and as many black olives as desired.  Serve immediately.

Serve with: Green Salad with Mozzarella and Tomatoes
