15-Minute Mediterranean Rotini
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 C. VitaSpelt rotini
- 2 Tbs. basil pesto
- 1 1/2 Tbs. feta cheese, crumbled
- pitted black olives, halved
Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a bowl. While pasta is still warm, combine with pesto until evenly coated. Sprinkle with feta cheese and as many black olives as desired. Serve immediately.
Serve with: Green Salad with Mozzarella and Tomatoes
