15-Minute Pork Tenderloins
Ingredients
- 4 6-oz. pork tenderloins
- 1/4 C. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Combine soy sauce, ginger, green onions, garlic, and pepper in a pan. Dip tenderloins into the mixture and place on a grill. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each tenderloin and grill until cooked through.
Serve with: Grilled Skewered Vegetables
