This hummus is so easy, and only takes three steps! Serve it alongside some freshly warmed pita bread and a helping of iced tea!

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. can chickpeas, well drained
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 C. tahini
  • parsley, for garnish
