  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of un-cooked grits
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 cup of shredded pepper-jack cheese
  • ½ cup of shredded cheese
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese
  • Other seasonings if needed

Stir salt and water into a pan and heat until boiling. Then stir in grits for about 5 mins on medium heat. Then turn to low and stir in butter and your cheeses until consistent. Remove from saucepan and serve!
