4-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 2 C. whipping cream
Directions
Melt chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Cool until lukewarm. Beat egg whites well. Combine chocolate and egg whites. Whip sugar and cream until very stiff. Fold very carefully to combine ingredients and spoon into dessert glasses. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
