  • 4 C. shredded hash browns
  • 2 C. whipping cream
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add hashbrowns, green onion, cream, 1 1/2 C. cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix them together evenly. Pour mixture into baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Cook for 45 minutes or until melted and golden brown.
