4 Ingredient Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lbs. potatoes
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 32-oz. jar dill pickles
- mayonnaise to taste
Directions
Cook potatoes with skins until tender, drain and allow to cool. Cook eggs until hard boiled and allow to cool. Peel potatoes and eggs. Chop potatoes and eggs, and put in large bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. May be served immediately or chilled until needed.
