5 Ingredient Fajitas

- 3 C. sliced bell peppers, all colors
- 2 C. sliced onion
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Heat a skillet over medium high and cook the bell peppers and onion. Sauté 7 minutes until tender. Remove the veggies from the skillet and add the chicken. Season with chili powder and cumin. Cook 5 minutes until no longer pink, while stirring. Return the peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook until warmed and serve in small tortillas.
