  • 1 3/4 C. flour
  • scant 2 Tbs. dry mustard
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • one 10-oz. can condensed chicken and rice soup

Place flour and mustard in a shallow bowl. Dredge chicken breasts.  In a skillet, brown chicken breasts in oil.  Place all breasts in a 6-quart slow cooker.  Pour soup over chicken and add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
