Worthy of even the busiest, most caffeine-addicted in Manhattan, this drink will perk up your morning.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 C. warm water
  • 4-5 tsp. Nescafe Taster's Choice 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
  • 1 C. ice cubes
  • 1 C. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbs. granulated sugar

Directions

Place water and coffee granules in blender; cover. Blend until coffee is dissolved. Add ice, ice cream and sugar; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; sprinkle with additional coffee granules if desired.
