  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 3 (1-ounce) packages dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers
  • 8 Italian buns, split

Take out your crockpot and place the beef chuck roast inside. Season the roast with the dry Italian salad dressing mix. Add the water into the crockpot and cover and cook on high for 6 hours. During the last hour of cooking, use 2 forks to shred the roast and then add the pepperoncini peppers and the roasted red peppers. Serve on hamburger buns or any other bread of your preference.
