  • 2 sm. cans diced jalapeno peppers
  • 2 cans chopped black olives
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • one 15-oz. can chili with beans
  • one 8-oz. container guacamole
  • 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • 8 oz. grated Monterey cheese
  • 2 or 3 med. tomatoes, diced

Put peppers and olives on bottom of a 9X13-inch baking dish, then taco mix. Make layers of sour cream, chili, guacamole and cheeses. Then,put tomatoes and more olives on top, if desired. Dip with tortilla chips.
