- 1 whole cut-up chicken (or 6-8 of any chicken pieces)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 C. 7-Up (or you can use any wine or sherry)
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place chicken in large baking dish, skin side up. Sprinkle evenly with onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle 7-Up (or wine) over chicken trying not to wash off onion soup mix. Cover and continue baking at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
