8-Minute Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles

Ingredients
- 2 C. sliced cucumber
- 1 medium onion; sliced
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a 2 qt. microwave safe large casserole. Microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring twice. Let pickles cool then put in a container with a tight lid and refrigerate.
TIP: Nuke your cukes for almost instant bread and butter pickles.
