  • 1 ½ C. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ C. butter, melted
  • ½ C. peanuts, unshelled
  • 3 bananas, mashed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 6 x 2 round pan or a deep-dish pizza pan. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, soda, salt and sugar. Mix in eggs, butter and mashed bananas. Stir in peanuts or desired nut. Pour into pans and bake for 1 hour.

Store in freezer and reheat in microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
